- Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns on certain items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards. Please refer to the product description for any specific exclusions.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us through email at bkcreations952@gmail.com or send a note through our contact us page.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outer packaging of the returned item(s). Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your return.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a reliable shipping method of your choice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Condition of Returned Items:
- All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. They must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- If an item is received in a condition that prevents it from being resold, we may not be able to process your return or issue a refund.

- Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
- When returning an item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return transit.
6. Exchanges and Store Credit:
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above, and upon approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please inform our customer support team during the return process, and we will gladly provide you with store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s).
